What Albatroz Studio collects, why it collects it, and what you can demand at any time
1. Who handles your data
The controller is Albatroz Studio, at Avenida Gisele Constantino, 164, Sala 7A, Parque Bela Vista, Votorantim, SP, 18110-650, Brazil. The contact channel for anything in this policy is [email protected].
2. What this site collects
The site is static. There is no signup, no login and no restricted area. Collection comes down to two cases.
When you contact us. The buttons on the page open a WhatsApp conversation or an email. At that point you hand us whatever you write: name, phone, email and what you tell us about your operation. That data arrives through the channel you chose and stays in its history.
When you browse. Today the site runs no measurement tool and stores no analytics cookie. If that changes, a notice will ask for your consent before any cookie, and this page will be updated on the same date.
3. What we use it for
- Answering your message and running the sales conversation.
- Understanding which content brings people here, and improving what we publish.
We do not sell data. We do not pass your information to third-party lists. We do not use what you write to train language models.
4. Legal basis
Commercial contact rests on legitimate interest and on pre-contractual steps, under article 7, items V and IX, of Brazilian law 13.709/2018 (LGPD). Audience measurement rests on your consent, article 7, item I, collected in the cookie notice and revocable whenever you want.
5. Who else sees it
WhatsApp conversations travel through Meta Platforms infrastructure and follow its policy as well. Audience measurement, once accepted, runs on Google Analytics, by Google LLC, which may transfer data outside Brazil. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps its own access logs.
6. How long we keep it
Commercial conversation history: up to 5 years after the last contact, matching the ordinary civil limitation period. Google Analytics browsing data: 14 months, the tool default. After that we delete or anonymise.
7. What you can demand
The LGPD grants you confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion of anything processed under consent, information on who we share with, and revocation of consent. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 15 days.
8. Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Access to commercial history is restricted to the people working on Albatroz support.
9. Changes to this policy
When processing changes, this page changes with it, and the update date at the top becomes the marker. The version published here is the one that applies.
